Product Information
This classic National Trust hand trowel made by Burgon and Ball features a wide, deep dish to carry the maximum load with every scoop. Created in high-carbon steel for strength, the steel has a textured powder coating in a distinctive antique bronze shade to protect it from corrosion. The sharpened edges slice easily into soil, making light work of digging and planting.
The solid brass ferrule ensures a secure connection with the FSC® ash handle and also brings a timeless style. The tang (or neck) is precision forged to the perfect angle for ergonomic working. There’s a sturdy leather cord for hanging, to keep things tidy in the shed.
These tools echo the style and quality of the garden tools of yesteryear and celebrate traditional manufacturing techniques.
